When people experience anxiety they start thinking negative and framing negative questions in their mind, instead of framing negative questions in your mind next time when anxiety hits you , start thinking about all the things that can go right instead of wrong.

Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure everything out at once.. BREATHE .. Take each moment as it comes, take your time and never forget you are stronger than you think.
