Remember when someone says –

“What do you think ?”

“How do you feel ?”

It’s okay to say “I don’t know yet”

It’s okay to ask for help.

It’s okay to start again.

It’s okay to rest.

It’s okay not to be okay .

The truth is none of us really know how much someone else is hurting . We could be standing right beside someone and have no idea . Be kind always because you really don’t know their story.

There are so many reasons to be happy , Still if you cannot find one look at yourself in the mirror and decide to be happy for yourself.
