World Mental Health Day

Mental health is just as important as physical health .

Remember when someone says –

“What do you think ?”

“How do you feel ?”

It’s okay to say “I don’t know yet”

It’s okay to ask for help.

It’s okay to start again.

It’s okay to rest.

It’s okay not to be okay .

The truth is none of us really know how much someone else is hurting . We could be standing right beside someone and have no idea . Be kind always because you really don’t know their story.

There are so many reasons to be happy , Still if you cannot find one look at yourself in the mirror and decide to be happy for yourself.

  2. I know I am two months late with this but I still want to say I think this post is beautiful and very inspiring. Mental health indeed goes unnoticed or ununderstood a lot and I think it is very important to talk about it. I loved your post and I hope it inspires others as well (:

  3. I love your post. I feel like some people out there understand that depression is different for every one. Some chose to hide it behind their smile. But that doesn’t mean that they are not possibly going through something. And it’s true we have to help ourselves. We could seek help from others like family, friends and counselors. But you have to be in the mindset for all that. You need to believe you’ll grow out of this. Everyone of us chose to deal with depression differently. For me personally, I think I became more creative, writing more and leaning toward more humor in my life.

  4. I enjoyed reading this post. Reminds me of Robin Williams, the man that made everyone laugh but was so sad. It’s harder to be kind, but also more worthwhile. Thank you for sharing.

  5. Love this post. Yep, this should definitely be for more than just one day. This sort of thing doesn’t just last a day. You hear so much more about other health issues in the news, press, media every single day but mental health? That’s swept under the rug.
