How to cope with work stress 

Hello everyone,  I hope you all are having an amazing day . 

3 easy ways to cope with work stress … 

1) forget perfectionism 

Ditch perfection and stop being self- critical.  Instead set realistic goals and work towards them in a systematic way . Try to do your work one at a time , this will enable you to focus on your workload.  

2) Work towards a healthy life 

Make Sure that before going to office,  you start your morning on a positive note . Negative thinking can sap your energy and motivation.  

3) Have a laugh 

watching a funny video or chatting with your friends during lunch break might help you . Laughing is the best medicine.

You can do anything, but not everything.
